With your WorryFree Contract purchase, you will receive a special 800 number and all the information about The Buyer's Edge. When you are ready to purchase an appliance (or another item they offer), you will call the special 800 number and receive a quote and/or place your order. The price for the appliance, delivery, installation, and the cost to remove and dispose of your old appliance will all be quoted separately.

How does The Buyer's Edge work?
Sign up for a WorryFree Contract, and you are automatically enrolled. Then call a special 800 number to get a quote for the appliance, delivery, installation, and removal of your old equipment. Payment is by credit card or bank check. Normal delivery is within 48 hours.
How do I get the special Buyer's Edge 800 number?
After you sign up for WorryFree Contract coverage, you will receive a packet from PSE&G that includes the terms and conditions of the WorryFree Contract program and a separate insert with all of The Buyer's Edge purchasing information, including the 800 number, membership code, and password.
Can you purchase the appliances online or at a store?
All appliance purchases are done via an 800 number; you simply need to provide the make and model of the appliance that you want. However, The Buyer's Edge now offers online and in-person purchasing for some other product categories.
Is there a limit on how many items you can purchase throughout the year?
No. This may be used as often as you'd like. However, you must be a member of the WorryFree Contract program when you place your order with The Buyer's Edge.†
Do you have to have a contract on the appliance you want to purchase?
No. Having a PSE&G WorryFree Contract on any appliance makes you eligible to purchase any of the name-brand products offered by The Buyer's Edge.
What is the warranty on the products purchased?
All purchases are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
Will The Buyer's Edge sell extended warranties or other after-sale items?
No. The Buyer's Edge will not sell anything other than the appliance/product. They will not contact you after the sale to try to sell anything else, and they will not sell your name to any other companies.
Will this always be available to WorryFree Contract customers?
