PSEG operates beyond New Jersey through PSEG Energy Holdings, the holding company of two unregulated businesses: PSEG Global and PSEG Resources.

PSEG Global PSEG Resources

PSEG Global Founded in 1985, PSEG Global's portfolio includes electric generation facilities primarily in California, Texas, Hawaii and New Hampshire. Essentially, all of PSEG Global's international assets have been sold. Our modern, clean burning gas-fired power stations in Texas are a significant portion of PSEG Global's portfolio. PSEG Global has a new venture called Solar Source LLC. PSEG Global also owns stakes in two other companies: Energy Storage and Power, LLC, which is marketing compressed air energy storage. Garden State Offshore Energy, which is exploring the development of a 350MW windfarm off the coast of New Jersey.
