Residential Developers’ Package

PSE&G’s Residential Developers’ Package meets all these objectives.

Commercial Property Owners’ Package

If you’re a commercial property owner with a tight budget, and you’re concerned about maintaining a safe, well-lit environment for tenants or employees, discover PSE&G’s Commercial Property Owners’ Package. We can replace your antiquated outdoor area lighting for as little as $35/unit* per month (private business rate) — and, since we own the equipment, you don’t have to get expensive financing. For this surprisingly low price, we can install the following high-performance equipment:

• 150W HPS Concourse
• Round Fiberglass Pole at 16 ft above ground
